“Stop listening to the Suits who are distant from the Roots of Aotearoa…….” Point the Finga
“It’s not like you are even hiding…..you fatten your wallet while your bellies been widening… andwe all know whose table you’ve been dining…” Long Time Watching You
“We must replenish our energy…..before we plunder the source……hiding your head in the sand won’t help you now…Mr Oblivious “ Mr Oblivious
Other songs are directly inspired by overseas adventures such as ‘You Go, We Go”
“…travelling to foreign countries, it’s fairly safe to say….la vistas were amazing..but the people blew us away….the aroha of the Tangata Whenua….warmed our hearts, fuelled the fires !!…….
But ultimately Ben’s songs all encompass feelings of hope, courage and love
“May your light surround you….may your love lead the way…..may your mountain guide you….through the rest of your days……” The Blessing
